At Liverpool Motorcycle Pty Limited -T/as Penrith Pit Bike, we are committed to your satisfaction and product quality. Please carefully review our return and refund policy. 1. Return Policy We do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. Returns are only accepted if the item is:
  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect or wrong item sent -
  • Freight to be paid by Purchaser
If your item falls under these categories, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. 2. How to Start a Return To initiate a return for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us at: penrithpitbike@gmail.com We will provide:
  • Return shipping instructions
  • A return shipping label (if applicable)
Please do not return items without prior approval; unauthorized returns will not be accepted. 3. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately so we can arrange a solution. 5. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please return it for a refund (if approved) and place a new order for the correct product. 6. Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if approved, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note: Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund. 7. No Refund for Change of Mind Please note, refunds or returns are not available for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect ordering. 8. Restocking Fee for Cancelled Orders For cancelled orders or returns accepted under fault, a restocking fee will apply:
  • 2% for credit card and PayPal payments
  • 5% for Afterpay and ZipPay payments

Contact Us For questions or return requests related to damaged or incorrect items, contact: penrithpitbike@gmail.com Pre-orders ( under cancellation policy) When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date. You can cancel a partially paid pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full or partial refund.
