Warranty Claim

1. Warranty Coverage All products sold by Penrith Pit Bike are covered against genuine manufacturing or component defects under normal use. If a manufacturing fault occurs, we are committed to repairing the product or replacing the faulty component promptly and professionally to get you back on the track. 2. Repair & Replacement Policy In the event of a confirmed manufacturing fault, we will:

Repair the product; or
Supply replacement parts for the faulty component.

Warranty service is provided as a repair or replacement solution. Please note that our warranty does not provide refunds. 3. What Is Not Covered Our warranty does not cover failures resulting from:

Normal wear and tear: This includes but is not limited to chains, sprockets, brake pads, tyres, cables, spokes, and plastics.
Misuse and Abuse: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, racing, stunt riding, jumping, or exposure to water.
Maintenance Issues: Problems arising from incorrect assembly, improper setup, or lack of routine maintenance.
Modifications: Damage caused by modifications, aftermarket parts, or unauthorised repairs.
Post-Delivery Damage: Damage that occurs after delivery to you.
Transport Damage: Damage that occurred during shipping which was not reported to us immediately upon receipt.

Your order number
Clear photos and/or videos of the issue
A detailed description of the problem

To help us process your claim efficiently, we may request further information or guide you through basic diagnostic checks before approving warranty service. 5. Assessment All warranty claims are subject to inspection and final approval by Penrith Pit Bike. If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will arrange for the repair or the dispatch of replacement parts as soon as reasonably possible.
