3-Month Parts Warranty

All sales are final. Spare parts are readily available and stocked exclusively for our customers. We warrant that all parts are free from defective material and workmanship, and we agree to replace or repair any part that proves to be defective, without charge. This warranty does not cover parts that are consumable or expendable, such as globes, fuses, chains, tyres, and batteries, unless they were faulty initially. If a spare part is unavailable, we will source it directly from the manufacturer within a reasonable timeframe. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, improper or irregular maintenance, or accident or collision.

The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning any faulty item to us. In the event of a fault in a part or product, we require the faulty part or product to be sent back to us. Our mechanics will examine and test the fault and replace or repair any item deemed faulty. Like any other retailer in Australia, the customer is responsible for the transport cost of any defective item being returned. If the item cannot be repaired or exchanged, store credit will be issued. Any unauthorised modification will void this warranty.

Please ensure the item is properly assembled before use. Although the product has been checked during manufacture, prior to packaging, and prior to dispatch, please ensure all bolts and nuts are tightened before use, and all parts are functioning correctly. Stonegate International Trading cannot be held responsible for any theft, damage, or injury caused whilst operating this product. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure they have all necessary clothing and helmets whilst riding.
