If a manufacturing fault occurs, we are more than happy to repair the product or replace the faulty component promptly and professionally.
Our 6-month warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. If the bike is sold or transferred to another owner, the warranty ends on the date of sale or transfer.
Standard Warranty: All DHZ bikes are covered by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase, subject to our warranty terms and conditions.
Extended Support: Customers who regularly service their bike with DHZ affiliated Workshops may be eligible for goodwill warranty support for up to 12 months from the date of purchase. This extended support is assessed on a case-by-case basis and is not an automatic extension of the standard warranty. Eligibility depends on the bike having been serviced and maintained by DHZ in accordance with our recommendations.
